This was my project for Studio Kode, an ed-tech company. My team and I were responsible for making an educator professional development programs roadmap for 1-year timeline. The deliverables were: ● Provide a comprehensive framework for educator professional development which covers pedagogical skills, technological knowledge, and professional soft skills. ● Provide effective assessment to measure capability improvements from educators. ● Propose appropriate learning platform to provide educators progress in doing professional development.

For 6 months, I did an internship at Selvopment Space, a social entrepreneurship project that focuses on mental health and self-development. As a French tutor intern, these were my responsibilities:
● Created syllabus and learning materials for 16 meetings using Canva. ● Taught A1-level French to adults online with a total of 3 students/class ● Created quiz and exam questions using Google Forms. ● Reported class progress to Leader every week.
